Reviews and Ratings
We had a lovely stay at the resort. The location in the mountains offered a beautiful and quiet environment, close to notable attractions like the Robert Louis Stevenson Museum. Our room was spacious and comfortable but did show some signs of aging, particularly in the bathroom. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful, enhancing our experience. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, which was a slight downside to our otherwise enjoyable time.
This resort offers a wonderful experience with spacious and clean rooms, a friendly atmosphere, and a great location just a short distance from Apia. The staff truly made me feel at home. However, some aspects, like the dining options and occasional glitches with the amenities, left room for improvement.
I found the hotel to be a decent choice overall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. However, some amenities felt outdated, and the dining experience could definitely use more variety. Despite these minor issues, the location is great, with easy access to the Robert Louis Stevenson museum and other local spots.
I had a nice stay at Le Manumea, enjoying the spacious room with a comfortable bed and the unique outdoor shower. The staff, especially Gates and Siniva, were friendly and helpful. However, the limited parking is a downside, as it led to some inconvenience, and the dining options for dinner felt a bit lacking.
I had an incredibly positive experience at the hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location, set back in lush bush, provided a peaceful retreat, and the outdoor shower was a unique treat. The customer service truly stood out, as they managed to accommodate me despite the overbooking issue. The only downside was that I didn’t get to stay at the original hotel I booked, but I was really pleased with the alternative they provided.
